1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mylink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use any part of the Service.

2. Description of the Service

mylink provides a specialized web-based productivity suite for creators and businesses building on LinkedIn, including:

  • Visual Composer & Live Mobile/Desktop Feed Preview: Real-time rendering of post formatting, character counts, and the fold.
  • Smart Calendar Queue: Visual scheduling engine that dispatches content to your connected LinkedIn profile.
  • AI Hook & Content Architecture: Generative assistance to iterate on titles, structure, and ideas.
  • Multi-Account & Workspace Management: Switching and delegating publishing across connected identities.

3. Account Security & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials. mylink utilizes passwordless / OAuth-based authentication (Google Sign-In and LinkedIn OAuth 2.0). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

mylink is engineered for high-integrity creators. You agree NOT to use the platform to:

Strictly Prohibited: Publishing unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or hateful content.
No Mass Spam: Executing automated spam campaigns, artificial engagement pods, or deceptive link schemes.
No Reverse Engineering: Decompiling or attempting to extract source algorithms or proprietary prompts.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Cancellation

mylink offers Free and paid subscription tiers (including the popular Pro Plan at $9/month, with multi-account sharing support for up to 2 team members):

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or at our sole discretion for technical service interruptions.

6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Content Belongs to You: You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over any text, images, videos, drafts, or ideas that you create, write, or schedule through mylink.

mylink claims no proprietary interest in your published material. You grant us solely the technical license required to transmit and dispatch your posts to LinkedIn via API endpoints.

7. LinkedIn API Compliance & Third-Party Services

mylink is an independent software tool and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Your use of LinkedIn through mylink remains subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MYLINK DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC IMPRESSIONS, ENGAGEMENT METRICS, OR FOLLOWER GROWTH, AS ALGORITHMIC REACH IS DETERMINED SOLELY BY LINKEDIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL MYLINK BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Account Termination & Cancellation

You may terminate your account at any time by navigating to your settings or contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in persistent platform abuse, API spamming, or fraudulent payment chargebacks.

10. Governing Law & Contact Inquiries
